1Who this policy is for

This Privacy Policy explains how the Land Area Converter mobile application ("the app", "we", "our") handles information. The app is published by AgriZameen ("AgriZameen.com"). By installing or using the app, you agree to this policy.

This policy applies only to the Land Area Converter app. It does not cover the AgriZameen.com website or any other service, which may have their own separate policies.

2Information we collect

We collect nothing. The app is designed to work entirely on your device and does not gather any data about you. Specifically, the app does not collect:

• Personal details such as your name, email address, or phone number.
• Your location, GPS data, or any geographic information.
• Device identifiers, advertising IDs, or usage analytics.
• Contacts, photos, files, camera, microphone, or any other content on your device.
• The values you type into the calculator — these are processed only on your device and are never sent anywhere.

3How the app works

All calculations happen locally on your device. The app converts land-area units (such as Acre, Bigha, Biswa, Gaj, Square Feet, Hectare, Marla, Kanal, and others) using fixed mathematical formulas built into the app.

• Offline by design — the app needs no internet connection to function.
• No sign-up — you can use every feature without creating an account.
• On-device only — your entered values and chosen settings stay on your phone.

Your language choice and custom Bigha value (if you set one) may be saved locally on your own device so the app remembers your preference. This information never leaves your device and is removed if you uninstall the app.

4Permissions

The app requests no special permissions. It does not access your location, storage, contacts, camera, or any sensitive device feature.

5Third-party services

The app does not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, crash-reporting tools, or social media SDKs.

The app is distributed through the Google Play Store. When you download, install, or update the app, Google may collect information in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy. This processing is carried out by Google, not by us, and is outside our control.

6Children's privacy

The app is a general-purpose calculator suitable for all ages. Because it collects no personal information from anyone, it collects no information from children. It contains no ads and no in-app purchases.

7Data security & retention

Since the app neither collects nor transmits personal data, there is no personal data for us to store, secure, or retain. Any preferences saved on your device remain solely under your control and can be cleared at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app.

8Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for you to access, correct, export, or request the deletion of. You remain in full control: uninstalling the app removes all locally stored preferences from your device.

9Accuracy disclaimer

Land units such as Bigha and Biswa vary by state and district in India. The app provides conversions for general reference and convenience only. For any legal, registry, or financial transaction, always verify figures with official revenue (Patwari) records. The app and AgriZameen accept no liability for decisions made based on the app's calculations.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, if the app gains new features. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Significant changes may also be noted in the app's Play Store release notes. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
